Danielle Bortignon from Ferntree Gully, Victoria joined Nature Direct in April 2009 after attending a Show’n’Go (quite reluctantly, she often adds) a couple of months prior. She was surprised and shocked about what she learned and bought a starter pack and booked her own Show’n’Go. She knew people who needed to see these products and hear this message.
She often adds that she was quite sceptical about the products, but after trying them at home was very impressed with the results. Well before her own Show’n’Go demonstration came around; she had raving about them to all her friends and family, resulting in over $600 of outside sales before the day.
It was suggested that she take a look coming on board as a distributor, but Danielle’s instant reaction was, “No, I’m too busy right now, and anyway, I’m prone to anxiety − what if I failed?”
Days passed, but Danielle kept turning the idea over in her mind.
Finally she came to an important realisation. She decided to give it a go.
“Hey, why not?” she reasoned, “I’ve got nothing to lose. The worst case scenario is that if my venture did fail, – I’d only end up with the products I’d love not like some other party plans I’d thought of previously when I would end up with a range of stuff I would never use and/or fit into!”
It was also a party plan she couldn’t fault!
“These are products people need,” she confirms. “They are not luxury products that people would like to buy but could never afford or justify. How can people say no to information that would genuinely help them?”
